       The Journal is created under the publishing platform RAE Editorial System of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, which, after the disorder of the USSR, has started formation of the uniform scientifically-information field without borders.
      

       The journal’s main task is to inform medical society about the previously unknown biophysical reality:  functional-vegetative system of the human. Its opening confirms the biophysical reality of acupunctural channels, hypothetical basis of the Chinese Zhen yiu therapy and its direct relation to vegetative homeostasis.
      

       The knowledge specifies the necessity of correction of modern rehabilitation programs and specialization of family doctors, doctors of sport medicine, pediatricians, physiatrists and reflex therapeutists.
      

       Journal editorial staff invites scientists and developers of the new rehabilitation directions practicing doctors, post-graduate students for cooperation and all to whom formation of rehabilitation principles of vegetative medicine of the future is valued.
